We aim to serve fresh, and whenever possible, locally produced and hand- reared food in a warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. All our food is freshly prepared on the premises by our Chef and his team. For this reason we can cater for any specific dietary requirement (preferably with prior warning though we can always improvise if needed!)
We are very proud to announce a new Vegan Menu will be coming shortly all of which are Gluten Free and many of our menu items are also gluten free. We make all our sauces ourselves using fresh stock and all our soups from scratch. Please feel free to ask us anything you need to know about our food.

We have a different Sunday menu served from Midday until 8pm, and on Saturday and Sunday we offer breakfast from 9-11am.

Wednesday: Mid Week Roast – 2 meals for £15
Thursday: Curry & a drink for £10, or ‘go large’ for £13!
Friday: Fish ‘Fry-Yay’ – 2 Fish & Chip meals for £15
We have 3 different areas for dining:
A traditional warm and cosy bar area that is over 200 years old with wobbly walls, low ceilings and mesmerising wood burners.
A more contemporary round dining area over looking the historic Horton Folly and lush green fields full of sheep.
And last but not least, a function room that can seat up to 90, overlooking the garden with it’s own bar, entrance and toilets.
